    Scope of Commerce is vast and never ending as the globe cannot exist without trade and commerce going on.

    1.) Banking :- Commerce extends to banking as you need such financial institutions to deal with your money. As it is said , human brain cannot remember everything and anything, You require banks to safeguard your earned money and also get financial assistance in times of business depressions.

    2.) Trade :- Commerce involves large scale trade of goods and services , not just between individuals in particular, but also between multinational corporations (MNCs) , & between governments of one or more countries. Without trade , there cannot be commerce.

    3.) Goods & Services :- What do you trade between? Definitely some Tangible goods from where you derive benefits for yourself or for your dear ones. It can be Durable or perishable goods, Inferior or Giffen goods, supplementary or complementary goods, Goods of necessity or Prestigious goods and so on. Commerce also exists between intangible goods which are called Services , Which requires a personal touch of the supplier or his subordinates or workers like Hotel services, educational services, Health services, car insurance, health insurance, salon services , stitching services. No matter what kind of a good or service it is, They are all undertaken for a price and hence constitute the scope of Commerce.

    4.) Documents of trade :- Various documents are required to be presented as a proof of trade existing between two parties. It may also be required as a record of trade as human mind cannot remember everything forever. Few documents of in-house trade are - Promissory notes, cheques, bills of exchange, hundies, railway receipts, warehouse receipts . Few documents used in foreign trade are - Letters of credit , documents of bills of exchange, bills of lading .

    5.) Commercial organisations :- Scope of commerce includes various forms (types) of commercial organisations like:

    Sole trading concerns also known as sole-proprietary organizations,
    Partnership firms,
    Joint-stock companies,
    Co-operative societies and
    Public sector or state enterprises like government companies.
